I've just connected a new PVR-500 and the driver seems to work fine, but the image quality on either tuner is really bad (completely ok on the 2x s-video and composite inpute). It looks like there's a poor signal, but the "v4l2-ctl --all" shows 99% and w_pvrscan picked up the channels fine.
