This matrix is in tveeprom.c which is part of the linux kernel. Your
tuner is not yet filled in, it seems your card is the first one we've
seen that is actually using it. Try loading ivtv with module
option 'tuner=38', which is most likely the correct tuner.
If it works well, then please let me know and I'll update tveeprom
accordingly.
