Hi,
I can't seem to get ptune.pl to work. Am I doing anything wrong?
This works:
# ivtv-tune -f 210.250
But this does not
# ptune.pl --frequency 210250
(ptune.pl does mention a frequency of 517250 so the missing-comma-format
should be right)
Alternating between frequencies of 210.250 and 211.250 I can see the
ivtv-tune *does* change the channel, while ptune.pl does not. I can find
no errors on STDOUT in dmesg or in any log files. I also tried
combinations of supplying a channel and frequency table with same results.
This post: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/ivtv/users/33841 from
Jan 7, 2007 mentions a similar problem.
If this can be confirmed, then I suggest mentioning this on the wiki.
Could've saved me a few hours today! :D
