ivtv0-fb: Framebuffer at 0xf5510000, mapped to 0xf9710000, size 1665k
compiled mplayer with IVTV support.
mediabox ~ # mplayer -vo ivtv test.mpg
then I can see the movie perfectly playing but *Behind the Console* :(
mediabox ~ # ivtvfbctl --device=/dev/fb0 --globalalpha=off --localalpha=off
--alpha=0
Framebuffer state:
Global alpha: ENABLED
Local alpha: ENABLED
Global alpha value: 255
Framebuffer state:
Global alpha: disabled
Local alpha: disabled
Global alpha value: 0
but the console is still in the middle of my screen :(
Tried many combinations of global an local alpha , but nothing ...
then I tried:
mediabox~ # setterm -blank 1 -powersave on
wait for a minute (don't know how to blank immediately) and WOW the console
goes away, BUT ... thats not the solution ....
Why is ivtvfbctl ignorig me ...
I am sure this is very simple, I am just missing something ..
Thank you for any help ...
m.
