With the impending Zap2it shutdown and transition to Schedules Direct, I figured it was time to finally update my MythTV box. I had been running on Fedora Core 4. I had issues when I tried to jump to Fedora 7, so I ended up going to Fedora Core 6.
I've worked through most of the issues that I've had, but there's one I can't seem to get through. When I first installed this, I used Jarod's guide (http://wilsonet.com/mythtv/fcmyth.php) with only slight deviations. The error I'm currently getting is when I try to startx: === Start Paste === xauth: creating new authority file /root/.serverauth.3552 X Window System Version 7.1.1 Release Date: 12 May 2006 X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0, Release 7.1.1 Build Operating System: Linux 2.6.9-55.ELsmp i686 Red Hat, Inc.
