AFAIK it is/was for the pvr-350 but not enabled or otherwise usable. I do not know of any but I suspect that one that has a good de-interlacer will be very expensive. De-interlacing came up some time ago on one of the ivtv mailinglists. The overall consensus was that for ivtv any de-interlacing should be done in the application.
