Also, I feel I should make a correction in my original statement.  It is 
not MythTV improperly recording the CC, the more I look at it, it 
appears the tuner is not decoding the CC properly.

Also, I have two 350s in the system, but the original is used for TV 
out.  The problem is there, whether there is one card or two in the 
system.  I know I could have gotten a 250, but the price the friend 
offered was too good to pass up.
