Either that or upgrade to 2.6.24-rc1. Although I'd wait until rc2 or rc3 
before upgrading. I had to patch 2.6.24-rc1 to get it to compile.

The third alternative is to compile and install the v4l-dvb repository 
(http://www.ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Download#Bleeding_Edge_driver).
