Now that I've upgraded to the latest Fedora kernel (2.6.24.5), and the ivtv.ko and saa7127.ko modules are in the kernel package (hooray!), I'm trying to figure out how to build the ivtv tools: ivtvctl, ivtv-tune, and others.

The easiest way is to install the 'ivtv' package from atrpms.

Thank you for the suggestion, except that for the last three years I've been doing just fine building my own custom ivtv/MythTV distro. Building packages -- and I do not use rpm, but rather my own packaging tools -- is not a problem for me, as long as it's clear what needs to be done.

But this is a good idea -- I'll look at what atrpms is doing for the current kernels, and go from there. I just thought that someone would know the answer off the top of their head, and point me in the right direction.
