IVTV - Problem Unable to handle kernel paging request at 0000001788338e28

So the issue I am seeing is a problem with ivtv and a winpvr-250.
As the card loads I get a stack trace from the card when it tries to
initialise the tuner.

Many thanks for looking. any help appreciated.

Previous to this I have installed a dvb-t usb with no problem,
currently this is unplugged to prevent confusion.
