Hi,

I also can't get any channels on my hauppage pvr 150.
(looks th same problem as the thread :Can't tune (PVR-150 and ivtv
1.0.3, Linux 2.6.24)"

My tv does not work with ivtv, scantv, tvtime etc.

Distribution : ubuntu 8.0.4

My dmesg output:

lsmod says it has loaded the module

Maybe it has something to do with udev????

I did follow all instructions, but I did not understand the section
about udev. I have looked in /etc/udev/*, but nothing about ivtv.
So I suppose, that I have to do it myself:

The example in the HOWTO says
 DRIVERS=="ivtv", ATTR{name}=="ivtv? encoder
MPEG",KERNELS=="0000:02:08.0", SYMLINK+="pvr_500_1"

So I need to add a rule for pvr_150. What is the name of the file, where
this rule has to got to? How can I find the value for the KERNEL ??

Any help would be appreciated,

Peter
