This card may be able to be supported by ivtv, but it is currently not
supported.  

The problem is getting a datasheet for the NEC uPD64011:

if you have the same Toshiba card as in this discussion:

It would take time to write a driver module for that chip.  Writing or
modifying a module for a new chip requires the driver writer to have the
hardware in hand.
