The problem is getting a datasheet for the NEC uPD64011: http://www.necel.com/digital_av/en/3dyc/d64011b.html if you have the same Toshiba card as in this discussion: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/ivtv/devel/22879 It would take time to write a driver module for that chip. Writing or modifying a module for a new chip requires the driver writer to have the hardware in hand.
