Hmm, I don't think this card is cx23416 based. It should show up here if it 
was. You should see something like this:

05:08.0 Multimedia video controller: Internext Compression Inc iTVC16 
(CX23416) MPEG-2 Encoder (rev 01)

Or if it was cx88 based it would look like this:

04:08.0 Multimedia video controller: Conexant CX23880/1/2/3 PCI Video and 
Audio Decoder (rev 05)

It doesn't look hopeful.
