After make install I usually do # make unload # make unload # modprobe ivtv To ensure all the old v4l-dvb modules are out of memory. That way the modprobe of ivtv will force the new ones to be loaded instead of relying on what was loaded in kernel memory. > Thanks for all your help so far You're welcome.
