That's correct. The card is connected to a ClearQAM cable source. 

The cable is split once between the wall and the tuner card. There is about 
15ft of cable to the wall and I live on the 4th floor. I wouldn't have guessed 
that signal strength would be my problem, as it seems to work OK in Windows or 
if I plug the cable into the QAM tuner on my TV. Does 0145 seem like a 
reasonable number for signal strength or SNR? I'm not sure how to translate 
that into % or dB...
