p.s. The AGC values I mentioned were for the Out Of Band data stream. For some 
reason, my cable box does not list the In-band AGC value. It only gives the 
SNR, which is ~35dB, comparable to what the HVR-1600 reports. By comparison, 
the OOB SNR was ~21dB.
