I have added

- a defintion for the Philips FQ1236 MK5 tuner, and
- an entry in tveeprom mapping index 168 to that new tuner definition 
        with the tuner name set to "TCL M30WTP-4N-E".

Assuming you don't have an XCeive tuner chip, can you test these
patches?
