It sounds like EOL.  You can try to fix things by:

1. Remove *all* PCI cards from the machine, blow the dust out of *all* the 
slots, and reinstall the cards.

2. Replace the PC power supply with a newer, higher output wattage power 
supply. Probably won't help though.

3. Better case cooling fans.  Probably won't help though.
