When I added a 100 ms pause between VIDIOC_S_FREQUENCY and VIDIOC_G_TUNER, the same WinTV PVR-150MCE card picked up 15 frequencies. When I increased the pause to 300 ms, it picked up 23 frequencies. After making this change, I believe that the LG TAPE H001F MK3 tuner is scanning more accurately than the TCL MFNM05-4 tuner. Thanks again for the help! -- Aram J.
