You need to download the updated perl Video::Frequencies module from the SF file
release system for the ivtv project.  You will also need the Video::ivtv module
available from the same location.  If on a debian box, you can get the
debianized version of these modules from http://www.pcxperience.org/

Quick Manual install directions:

tar xvzf Video-Frequencies-0.03.tar.gz
cd Video-Frequencies-0.03
perl Makefile.PL
make
su - (if not root)
make install
