I have an older pvr 250 that detects as tuner 2 and a newer one that detects as tuner 50.
I'm building a new backend with some parts I had laying around and can't seems to get these 2 cards to work. Currently the one that detects as tuner 50 is working - but I get some puzzling errors in dmesg when ivtv loads - and in mythtv I can only watch about 1 second and then the pictures freezes for about 10 second then I get a blue screen for 5 - 10 seconds and then I get dropped back to the menu.
It is recording in the background fine tho.
In mplayer that card will play for over an hour without a hickup.
I never get anything but snow from the second card in mythtv or mplayer.
