Hi again ;-)

Nobody is using an externel box (cable or satellite) an
record the audio from the "audio line input" of a PVR-350 ?

If yes, does your sound volume level is appropriate ? Mine
is not :(

Hi,

I'm using the audio line in to record the sound from my
cable box with MythTV. It is working well but the input
volume level seem very low because the result (playing
live tv or play a record file) is almost unhearable.

Is there a way the set the input volume level on the
audio line of the PVR-350 ?

Thanks in advance for any help

Yes, I do this, and my volume levels are fine. Have you checked the volume level for the recording profile you are using in mythtv? You can reach this by selecting 'Recording Profiles' from the 'TV Settings'. See also http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-11.html#ss11.6

Or maybe use alsamixer (or whatever mixer you use) to play with the volume of the capture device?
