That's one place where it needs to be properly set, but IIRC there is
also a place where it needs to be set in the MythTV setup settings. 
Run /usr/bin/mythtv-setup (assuming the path is the same on your
system) and check for a location/cable provider section in there.   I
know it had be set back when XML TV was being used, but am not certain
about zap-2-it.
