Please typedef CacheResolver as "cache" for us

There is a VERY useful resolver that is not immediately available to people. We
have to do a typedef to get our hands on it,
<typedef name="cache"
classname="fr.jayasoft.ivy.resolver.CacheResolver"/>.
Its also not documented at all.
Please enable this resolver by default (much like the filesystemresolver,
urlresolver, etc).
Documentation would be wonderful too.
