Add support for useOrigin to cachefileset

Currently if I want to create a fileset based on an ivy configuration *and* use
the original repository instead of the cache, I have to create an ivy cachepath
first, then convert it into a fileset.
If the cachefileset task supported useOrigin then I would not need to do this.
