Reduce documentation menu depth

Accessing the doc on the web site requres too much click. The ant tasks are
too deep. Moreover, when you read the doc, you have on the menu, a long list
of page (which is nice, because ivy has a lot of fetaure ;-), but this list
contains some pages that might disturb you when you read the doc.
