Ah, I keep forgetting about the post resolve task page!

Perhaps just adding an attribute with a different name ("directOnly"?) would 
make more sense; using the same attribute name for two slightly different 
things would probably have caused confusion anyway.  I think this attribute 
should apply to the post-resolve tasks, but not to the <resolve> task itself, 
because it should never affect the resolution process.
