I have circular dependencies in runtime dependencies and when I resolve and
retrieve I won't get all needed dependencies. I have made a test case and will
attach it into this issue. In this test there are two test scripts
test-build.sh and test-runtime.sh which test that needed dependencies actually
exist in destination directory.
