The breadcrumb is a good idea, I think I can implement one in xooki, and
replace the top menu of all pages with it.
However on the homepage I do not see the added value, except to improve the
balance of the page. Currently I like to better see the news, but I feel like
the navigation menu is too high on the page. Maybe adding the Apache Incubator
logo at the upper left would improve the balance (and put the menu at a
location close to where it is on other pages).
I'll give it a try later this week, unless you give me other indications (or
even a draft of what you would like to see).
