triggers.html is in doc/doc/conf instead of doc/doc/configuration along with
everything else. In the sidebar triggers.html is referenced as being in
doc/doc/conf, but configuration.html links to it in doc/doc/configuration.
Recommend moving plus all associated fixes and will attach patch.
