The problem is that AFAIK I can't change the server encoding HTTP header, so
the only solution is to use the META element, but I don't know if it actually
work or not, and I don't know how to test.
So I've just updated the site with such a meta tag only for the index.html
page, it should be online in about one hour. Richard, could you please test if
it works for you without any special settings in your browser?
