install ant task: requires default resolver in ivy settings

after moving from 1.4.1 to trunk version, my install task stopped working ...
none of the dependencies could be resolved, despite the fact that they were
available from the configured resolvers.
a workaround i found was to add a "settings ... defaultResolver" to ivy
settings.
