I'm a complete nub with Eclipse, so as I just wanted to check Europa and see
how Ivy was integrated, I decided to build the latest version and it was a 'uh
?' experience.
While I (seem) to have succeeded in building the plugin (thanks google) and by
looking at the files to figure out what the build was doing, what the manifest
was, etc... it might be worth bullet point list of a half-dozen steps necessary
to build the plugin so that stupid eclipse users like me don't have to hunt
around.
