I have made fixes to the hello ivy example from the start.html page. Mostly,
this fixing spelling error and the like. I also included a new ivy report since
the existing one uses ivyrep which is confusing.
One thing that I would like to see included is a clearer distinction between
resolving and retrieving. The ant target is called resolving but all it does is
calling the retrieve task which at a glance looks like a bug. Maybe a link to a
page explaining the Ivy life cycle would be useful here?
