With the latest trunk version and the new logging API, I don't think the
context/logging mismatch which you nicely fixed can still happen, since the
IvyConsole is now registered as a default logger to which all Ivy operations
should finally delegate their logging work.
So I think this issue can be marked as resolved, but I haven't enough time to
make more tests right now, so I let it open for a while. If you see any problem
with the trunk version, feel free to comment on this issue or on the dev list.
