Only display unique circular dependencies during Resolve

While running a test with the latest trunk version of Ivy I noticed that the
list of circular dependencies that Ivy had identified were displayed multiple
times. For instance:

1>;working@<machine>-><org>#<jar 2>;latest.integration-><org>#<jar
1>;9.2.0.20071128125702
[ivy:resolve] circular dependency found: <org>#<jar

The display of entries could be added to a Set before printing to remove
duplicates.
