Yes, but it happens quite frequently  that 2.0 version have no brand new
implementation, but only some major changes. Take spring 2.0 for example. I
agree that people may expect more from a 2.0 version than what will be in
the next version, but I also think that we will get more brand new users,
who didn't know Ivy before, so can't really compare, than users upgrading.
If we choose 2.0, we will have to make things clear for users upgrading.

I don't think 2.0 will be followed by 3.0. I don't think we'll be ready for
a major rewrite any time soon. We still have to catch a stronger community,
and there is still room for many changes and improvements on the current
stream of development.

It's not easy, my opinion is not strong, it's only a slight preference for a
2.0, but if someone really objects with good arguments for a 1.5, this would
be fine for me.
