I'm resolving some dependencies from the Maven repository using Ivy 2.0.0-rc1.
It seems that Ivy is trying to fetch not only the jar files I need, but also
source and javadoc jars. Moreover it seems to reject the dependency because it
doesn't find any javadoc jars in the repository. What am I doing wrong?

Note how it starts downloading XmlSchema 1.4.0, then aborts and starts looking
at 1.3.2. It countinues on and on in this way.
The dependency line in the ivy file looks like this:
<dependency org="org.apache.ws.commons.schema" name="XmlSchema"
rev="latest.release" conf="api->runtime" />
I'm not sure if "runtime" is the right configuration to use - I also tried
"default" but that gives the same result.
