Extra Attributes specified in the Dependency's Module Descriptor are not available to resolvers in 2.0 RC1

Hi,

Seems as though Xavier has not been around in the past couple of
weeks, I thought I post this here.

I created IVY-929 recently and today I came up with a possible patch
for the problem. It is described in the issue's comments.

I was wondering if the other IVY committers can take a look at my patch.
