problem using repreport task

I'm not doing anything unusual, my settings file works fine for building my 
application, but when I attempt to use repreport I get the same error for every 
module. 
        <ivy:repreport dot="true" todir="${udu.ROOT}/reports" />


[ivy:repreport] unable to list null in 
/plm/svnas/tc_work/dsd/dsd_bo/out/ivy/repository/com.teamcenter.bmide.docmgt.ui/20090407115939/y.xml:
 token not found in pattern


Can anyone explain? Thanks.
