Hi Jerome,
You can force Ivy to store library names with the pattern you by using
<ivy:retrieve> task (see
http://ant.apache.org/ivy/history/trunk/use/retrieve.html)
<ivy:retrieve pattern="${lib.dir}/[organisation]-[artifact].[ext]" />
