My observation is that https is not working, and I still see https://ant.apache.org/ivy/download.html not reloading https://ant.apache.org/ivy/download.cgi . https://ant.apache.org/ivy/download.cgi looks right; I'm not sure why the static page isn't reloading the dynamic one in the https case.
