Ivy stucks during resolve when downloading https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ant/ant/1.8.2/ant-1.8.2.jar (see below the terminal console and ant -v eclipse shows similar info) while I have set ANT_OPTS for proxy & auth info. So issue seems to be with proxy or a bug in ivy that it is not able to use proxy info
