Hi there,
Hi Jean Baptiste,
I experienced a weird issue with Ivy 1.4. I was setting a
dependency on ABC with latest.revision, and the only available
revision was 1.0.0 in my repository.
I had this error when resolving the dependencies:
[ivy:resolve] problem while downloading ivy file:
libs/ORG/ABC/.svn/ivy.xml to /tmp/ivy3651xml: libs/ORG/ABC/.svn/ivy.xml (No
such file or directory)
[ivy:resolve] ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
[ivy:resolve] :: UNRESOLVED DEPENDENCIES ::
[ivy:resolve] ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
[ivy:resolve] :: [ ORG | ABC | latest.development ]: null
[ivy:resolve] ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
The good news it that it works with Ivy 2.0, and after having
typed this email I just wanted to let you know rather than
discarding it.
Thanks. Indeed Ivy has only some hard coded ignored files and directories.
In the current trunk they are (see IvySettings line 246-248):
.svn
.cvsignore
CVS
Maybe we should open an access to this list of ignored files, so that users
could add one depending on their environment. Could you open an issue for
that?
Ivy rocks!
Thanks!
