However, when the global economic crisis strikes, squeezing library budgets, and forcing the roll back of services and acquisitions, the question arises: Do libraries get the maximum return on their investment? Do we have a laser-sharp focus on user needs? Do we provide best service where and when it is needed? If any of these questions resonate with dilemmas at your library, this event is for you!
