Dearest all, It is my deepest desire to let you understand that the World Yoga Forum which has just ended has brought to everyone’s attention the true spirit of the global fraternity that unites all people of good will. It came as a real surprise and against all our expectations - the high number of people, who have answered to our saddened appeal to participate in this event, which was described to all observers and otherwise involved, to be the biggest event ever organized in Europe on the subject of the Indian culture. One hundred and ten lecturers from all over the world brought and offered their conscience to thousands of doubtful visitors and forty karma yogi offered their voluntary work, serving their cause perhaps somewhat overshadowed, but with love and asking nothing in return. I thank them all: the former for their patience and tolerance in having accepted certain uneasiness caused by some exacting success and the latter for having offered an example of "Seva" (service). I believe that I can affirm that in any case this event has shown to us its distinction as well as defects for as much as we still believe in the power of communication. In addition the International Yoga Federation representatives have also shown their exemplary conduct in how much they are still prepared to give themselves for such a true common fraternity. Finally, as I close my letter, I want to express my personal thanks to the President of the International Yoga Federation Swami Maitreyananda Saraswati, to have promoted the importance of our union. Swami Suryananda Saraswati, Yogasiromani Amadio Bianchi Carissimi, desidero farvi notare che lo World Yoga Forum appena terminato ha posto in evidenza lo spirito di universale fratellanza che unisce tutte le persone di buona volontà. In modo sorprendente, un numero molto alto di persone, superiore a qualsiasi previsione, ha risposto al nostro accorato appello a partecipare a questo evento definito da tutti gli osservatori internazionali come il più grande mai organizzato sino ad ora in Europa sulla cultura indiana. Centodieci relatori accorsi da diverse parti del mondo hanno portato la loro conoscenza a migliaia di visitatori increduli e quaranta karmayogi, con il loro volontariato, hanno servito la causa nell'ombra con amore, senza nulla pretendere in cambio. Ringrazio entrambi: i primi per la loro pazienza e tolleranza nell'aver accettato qualche disagio causato da un incontenibile successo ed i secondi per aver offerto un esempio di "Seva" (servizio). Credo di poter affermare che in ogni caso questo evento ci abbia mostrato con i suoi pregi e difetti quanto ancora crediamo nella forza della comunicazione. I rappresentanti della Federazione Internazionale Yoga poi, hanno manifestato, con il loro esemplare atteggiamento quanto siano ancora disposti ad investire loro stessi per una causa di comune fratellanza. Concludo questo mio scritto ringraziando personalmente il Presidente della Federazione Internazionale di Yoga Swami Maitreyananda Saraswati per aver promosso la nostra unione.
