Re: [VOTE]: Xerces-J 2.7.0 Release on Friday, June 24th

Hi Neil,

It makes sense. I started the vote to determine whether there's consensus
among the committers to have a release since the original proposal I sent
to the list received few responses. I figured we'd have a vote within the
PMC as June 24th (or whatever date we settle on) approaches for blessing
the actual release of Xerces.

Thanks.
