Xerces-J requests to be migrated from CVS to Subversion. Here's the record
of the vote:

CVS modules to be converted:
* xml-xerces/java (full conversion)
(Note that Xerces-C and Xerces-P have already moved to SVN, so this is the
last active portion of the xml-xerces module.)

The desired layout will look like this:
