    Bugzilla Id: (was: 13633)
    Description:
I get tar errors trying to unpack the binary distribution on Solaris 2.6

The error occurs at the same place with both
Xerces-J-bin.2.2.0.tar and Xerces-J-bin.2.1.0.tar

----
[localhost]$ tar xvf Xerces-J-2.2.0.tar
...
... everything seems to extract OK until ...
x xerces-2_2_0/docs/javadocs/xerces2/org/apache/xerces/impl/
xs/traversers/package-frame.html, 1065 bytes, 3 tape blocks
tar: directory checksum error
