well, here's a minor comment ... if you end your linked svn references with 'html' instead of 'plain', it displays better in more browsers :)
(Opera and Firefox apparently take you at your word and it appears as "HTML Source" ... IE apparently peeks at contents and infers you were mistaken about content type and correctly displays it as rendered HTML. With 'html' instead of 'plain', all three display it correctly.

Hello everyone,
I've checked a tentative release plan for Xerces-J 2.8.0 into SVN (see
Xerces2.8.0-REL_PLAN.html) [1]. Development items include features for
disabling ID/IDREF, unparsed entity and identity constraint checking, a
property for starting schema assessment from a specific type definition
and enhancements to XML schema annotation support.
Comments welcome.
